I had a great experience with Boris Mechanical. I arrived at work on Sunday morning to find an inch of water covering our floor. I called and a live person answered the phone. They were able to send a technician over in about an hour (pretty good for a Sunday!). The technician was very nice and efficient.
He diagnosed our problem very quickly and tested it to make sure it was working all within the same day. The building I work in is a Landmark building, so we were extremely grateful for Boris Mechanical’s professionalism and efficiency.
